What can I TEACH you?

Try attending a few different types of classes, and you’ll quickly discover the right match to suit your needs. Below you’ll find brief descriptions of some of the Yoga styles that are being practiced in my studio.
HATHA
When a class is marketed as Hatha Yoga, it generally means that you will get a gentle introduction to the few of most basic yoga postures.
VINYASA
Vinyasa teachers choreograph their classes to smoothly transition from pose to pose, and often play music to keep things lively.
ANUSARA
Anusara uses the physical practice of yoga to help students open their hearts, experience grace, and let their inner goodness shine through.
ASHTANGA
It's a rigorous style of yoga that follows a specific sequence of postures. This is a hot, sweaty, physically demanding practice.
